This page is the reference list for saving.com.sg. It names every external document the site's pages rely on, grouped by publisher, with the title, date, link and how each source is used. Each page also carries a shorter list of the sources behind it. All rules and figures were checked against these documents on 23 October 2026 unless a row states another date.
How sources were selected and checked
The site cites official documents first and uses other material only where no official source states the point.
| Tier | Examples | How the site uses it |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Regulators and public bodies | MAS notices and MoneySense guides; CPF Board; MOF; IRAS; SDIC; FIDReC; SingStat | Rules, caps, tax treatment, protection limits and statistics, always with a date |
| 2. Industry body and joint portals | LIA Singapore guides, illustration format and results; compareFIRST | Illustration conventions, consumer-guide wording, industry data |
| 3. Bank documents | Bank fixed-deposit rate pages; a bank education article | Dated rate references or document explanations; no ranking or recommendation |
| 4. Secondary | A market-data site | Figures that could not be read on the official page; page text says "as reported" |
The Date column shows the publication or last-updated date on the source, or the date accessed where none is shown. Interest rates, T-bill yields and SSB coupons change monthly, so check the linked page before relying on any figure. Product-specific figures from private product brochures, such as payout rates, break-even years or bonus-fulfilment claims, are not used anywhere on this site.
